Pick your workouts to suit your goals either with or without small equipment
60 Minute Classes
We also offer a weekly 60 Minute Class for when you want a longer session, just as if you attended in the community.

Beginners Course
Take our fully structured 6 session Beginners Course, covering all the basic principles and techniques. Once completed you will have a much deeper understanding of what you are aiming to achieve with your movement and will set you up for success in any Pilates Class.

Tutorials and Exercise Library
Want to brush up on your technique or understand the Pilates Method in more depth? We show you how to correct common problems and even take requests for future videos! Learn the intention behind each exercise and what you are looking to achieve and feel. This is offer in much greater depth that we would be able to in a live class.
Relaxation
Our growing Library of relaxation videos can be used alone or ‘tacked on’ to the end of any class. A range of techniques are demonstrated to help you release stress and anxiety.
