Our Comprehensive Pilates for Beginners Course, contains 6 carefully structured lessons to teach you all the basic techniques to get you started. By the end of this course, you will understand:

1. Breathing and Centring
2. Ribcage Placement and Curl Ups
3. Spinal Articulation
4. Pelvic Stability
5. Scapular Placement
6. How to put it all together!

Ultimately you will then have the chance to put together everything you have learned through our ‘Pilates for Beginners Course’ in our final class. Once you have completed the course you will be all set to join any Pilates Classes of your choice whether that be online or in the community and have a good depth of understanding of the Pilates Method.

We recommend that you take the course more than once as there is a lot of detail in the descriptions. Just do your best and practice as much as possible! We strongly recommend that you take the classes in order as each one builds upon the last.
